Sir please check your sugars may b because of uncontrolled sugar tou have developed fungal infection (balanitis) we can treat it by a course of antifungal tablet for 3 days and antifungal cream for local application but once sugar is under control infection will also settle and will not reappear. If sugar is not controlled we will have to modify your medicines with more safer medicines according to your age and try getting rid of insulin.

Hello lybrate-user, do not worry, the burning sensation could be due to the exposed glans area which is very sensitive to touch. The swelling is due to the post op recovery process, nothing seems to be worrying at this moment as it is hardly a week after surgery. Just follow the advices by your surgeon.

You need to send the pus for tbmgit and wait for reports
also send the pus for gene xpert and line probe assay
repeat the sonography of lymph node
it may need complete drainage
not advisable to take linezolid as it's useful in tb and may not be available later on in case of resistance.
