Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every week once for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep

When one has very good control of diabetes following values are expected: Fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg, HbA1c% < 6.8.
Restricted diet with no sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pasties and foods from maida.
Avoid alcohol, colas and smoking.
Daily 1 hour plus exercise is necessary. Plus maintaining near normal weight. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.
