What you are describing sounds that periodontitis, or gum inflammation due to deposits on teeth. Possibly the deposits are causing the gums to recede, leading to root exposure followed by sensitivity while eating. What you need is scaling and polishing, followed by some desensitisation procedure performed by a dentist. Use of desensitising toothpaste may temporarily reduce the sensitivity but please do see a dentist.

if no then go now. And follow some suggestion--
1.Stop foreword banding
2. Stop site, lie-down on floor.
3. Dont use Indian toilet.
4. Dont climb stares.
5 Don't sit without support.
