Dear, soak 4-5 dry dates (khurma khajur) in a cup of milk while going to bed at night. On waking up next morning eat those soaked dates and discard the milk. Continue the process for at least 15 days.

Eat fortified foods two or three times a day to get at least three micrograms (mcg or µg) of B12 a day
OR Take one B12 supplement daily providing at least 10 micrograms
