Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. I would recommend tea tree. Tea tree oil is considered the ideal skin disinfectant. A solution of 5 percent tea tree oil applied topically, after a thorough cleansing of the area, offers the same benefit as benzoyl peroxide, but without the same drying effects and irritation. Look for commercial products or make your own solution by combining 1 part tea tree oil with 20 parts of olive oil.
