Your sugar levels are uncontrolled but they are not touching any panic value. So you needn’t worry as much as you are worrying right now and the only remedy in your condition would be to alter your medicines for the best benefit. You need to understand that we are always in a dynamic state of sugar control meaning by which no single medicine can be prescribed for life as the sugar levels keep on fluctuating in the body. I would recommend you to seek a private consult with me.

Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. Dilnip trio contains three medications which are combined together - cilnidipine, telmisartan and chlorthalidone. If your bp is 130/80 with dilnip trio then it means your body has adjusted to the medications. Your doctor would have started dilnip trio after much consideration, so it's advisable not to downgrade from dilnip trio to cilacar. Incase you want to change your medications, it would be advisable to ...more

Dear, there are many things to consider for a diabetes control. Regular medications, diet control & exercise, mood swings, duration of diabetes. First you need to address these issues. If there is no problem with these then consult your diabetes doctor.
