Hi Lybrate user, include iron rich food in diet- like beat, apple, dates, spinach as well as milk to increase Hb level. You may also have vit B12 deficiency so milk, egg & non vegetarian food is rich source of Vitamin B 12. Wet dream is entirely different thing & it's not related with Hb. For wet dreams you need to take medication, you can consult online for the detailed treatment & advice.

Your TSH if it is 3.9 mU/L, then it is normal. No reason to worry. Hemoglobin 9.5 g/100 ml is low. Needs to be improved. It signifies you have anemia. Start on Iron, B12, folic acid containing preparations. Treatment should go on for 5 to 6 months. Plus take more of green leafy vegetables. Thanks.

- Consume plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, broccoli, beetroot, drumsticks, brinjal, carrot, tomatoes, etc.
- Consume fruits like apple, pomegranate, dry fruits like dry grapes, dates, fig, almonds, walnuts, pista, etc. as it contains lot of proteins and vitamins.
