Eltuss medication belongs to a class of drugs known as nasal decongestant. It helps in treating dry cough, common cold, allergies, hay fever and flu. This syrup is therefore used in sinus and nasal congestion.
On using this medication you may experience side effects such as headache, nausea, constipation, stomach upset, dizziness and drowsiness. Certain severe reactions include seizures, hallucinations, irregular or slow heartbeat and difficulty in breathing.
