Hello, Thanks for the query.
TSH 6.33 mU/L is considered as sub-clinical hypothyroidism. No treatment is advocated at this level. If a person has presence of uncontrolled symptoms even at that value, then L-thyroxine is prescribed.
Clinically hypothyroidism is diagnosed when TSH goes beyond 10 mU/L.
When one is put on Levothyroxine TSH does go down. Normal range is 0.5 to 5 mU/L. In short yes reduction is possible. Thanks.

Since it is needed for many vital metabolic activities in our body plus for normal functioning of brain, hence needs to be supplemented every day (24 hours). Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism.
1. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. 2. Up the protein - Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products and legumes.

No, there is no natural way. You have to increase the dose and continue it under supervision of a Physician.

Please do not self-medicate. I prefer to prescribe compounded thyroids containing both T3 as well as T4 (Thyronorm/Eltroxin only contains T4, which is the inactive form.)
It is equally important to check and treat other metabolic and hormonal imbalances that are commonly associated with Hypothyroidism.
