Consult your dentist get your teeth cleaned if needed do appropriate treatment for gum disease as we all know, citrus fruits are rich sources of vitamin c oranges, lemons, grapefruits, etc. It is advisable to consume these fruits.

Dear you can protect your teeth by keeping good oral hygiene. Doing regular brushing of teeth. Visiting dental surgeon every six months.
Get a well planned scaling and polishing procedure will remove plaque and leave your teeth feeling nice and smooth.
