I think. As you r on medication since 2011 for ocd wid relieving symptoms. Symptoms you mentioned might be part of restless leg syndrome. Which can be because of medications ,anxiety. And other causes. Usually benzodiazepine like clonazepam is used which you r already taking. Yes in addition to this you can try trihexyphendyl or levodopa carbamamazapine. For your symptoms. U can also avoid caffeine. Maintain sleep hygiene. Leg massage can also help.

Hello there is no permanent cure for parkinson disease treatment is symptomatic with medications like levodopa or dopamine agonists amd others..However there is Deep brain stimulation for advanced parkinson disease. usually after 6-7 yrs of the illness the effectiveness of levodopa becomes less and there are side effects like dyskineasis.. Dvn forte 80 mg/500 mg tablet is not recommended in patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney disease. More information is needed to ascertain the cause:
1. When did she attain menopause?
2. Does she have low back pain?
3. Does she have pain in fingers and toes?
4. Does she experience tingling in hands and feet?
