Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medication and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed.

Dear Jason. I can understand. Tadalafil increases blood flow to particular areas of the body and is used to treat erectile dysfunction. PROSCAR (finasteride), a synthetic 4-azasteroid compound, is a specific inhibitor of steroid Type II 5α-reductase, an intracellular enzyme that converts the androgen testosterone into 5α- dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Both these medicines are contra-indicative. Please talk to your doctor before taking these together. Take care.

Hello-
None of the above. Tadafil and sidenafl are strictly ED (erectile dysfunction) drugs. Using them for performance enhancement can make you actually suffer from ED. Its a very risky addiction that you are suffering from.
