I understood the severity of the c/o. Which effects your son's confidence levels. Rt now what he is taking itself shows the intensity. I suggest dont stop at a time all those medicines, but parallelly you can try homeopathy from an expert. N gradually based on imprvmnt those rx could b reduced dosage n potency wise. The dark discolouration all r the side effects of the present creams etc.

Vitiligo is a genetic disorder triggered by indigestion and stressful conditions.
There is always a confusion in patients mind regarding choosing right treatment approach for vitiligo.

Is the lesion present on both the sides of the body or on the same size? If it is nevus depigmentosus then the disapperance of the lesion will be tough. A picture of the lesion is needed to diagnose clinically. During the initial 6 months of life babies can pass stools from once in a day to once in 7 days. If she is not straining a lot during passing stools there is nothing to worry about, provided she is on exclusive breast feeds only.
