My 2 year daughter had some bacterial infection in the form of deep wounds having black crusts. The black crust or scab has fallen off leaving behind pinkish whitish scar. Will this scar be permanent? Or how long will it take to restore the original colour of the skin. Please advise what to do. As of now I am using contractubex ointment and tacroz ointment. But improvement is very very slow.
