First baby heartbeat, sadly, can not come back. For the second baby, one cannot say but it won’t be affected due to the first baby. However, careful monitoring of this second baby is required.

Hello lybrate-user.
I understand that your mother is 52 years old and has got widespread pains (more in the hands) and has been diagnosed with arthritis and the routine painkillers are not helping.
I need a few more answers before I am able to give a professional opinion on the matter:
1. How long has the problem been there and which all joints or areas hurt apart from her hands?
2. How was she diagnosed with arthritis and do you have any test reports to show (blood tests, xrays,...more

General Surgeon•Lucknow
Multiple calculi in gall bladder pose a risk to develop into cancer of the gall bladder and hence need to be removed operatively. Consult a general surgeon in your area to get it operated.
Regarding the pain, do check if the pain is radiating to the hands, shoulder or left jaw, because it might be a sign of heart disease. If it is not then it must be due to the stones in gall bladder, take a painkiller sos for that.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given and have following observations: 1) your hba1c% is too high. Ideally in a well controlled diabetic patient fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%.
2) you are already taking 8 mg of glimiperide, which too high. Usually the recommended dose is not exceed 4 mg per day.
3) still the control is not good. There is a need to upgrade the treatment.
