Aspirin is an antiplatelet drug. The effect of Aspirin usually last about 5 days. So not taking aspirin for two days is usually does not affect platelet funtioning. In fact before any surgical intervention the aspirin is stopped for dear of bleeding for about one day before to two to three days after surgery is recommended (depends on the nature of surgery.)
