Your response to the meds is decided by your chest xray. If improvements are there on that, then it means you r respomdimg to the treatment.

Hi… 3 tablets of ripe fd kit should be taken together in fasting state as per your body weight … otherwise you can switch to akurit 4 4 tablets all before breakfast… look for paradoxical phenomenon or drug resistance…if it is paradoxical phenomenon need to add oral steroids in tapering doses along with anti tuberculosis medications… better consult chest physician nearby. Get genexpert from lymph node aspirate. Get complete pus drainage.

it's a very common problem. my brother had same problem 5-6 yrs back. they do titration dose slowly slowly start with 25 mg n gradually increase, add inj streptomycine for two months.
