If you have allergy, then it could be because of allergy. If this is the first time you are having breathlessness, then you should consult a doctor. Have you been in contact with a covid positive person or are you mixing with many people or do you also have cough fever etc. If it is so go to the nearest hospital and consult a doctor. Kindly get a cbc esr & chest xray done, and load them on Lybrate.

It's not of much adverse effects but it's unlikely to give such tablets for tonsil infection. It will be better if you could give more details on this for a better treatment suggestions.

do you have asthma or due you have productive cough?
since when are you facing this issue.
till you inform about this.. meanwhile avoid AC Exposure, all cold and sour foods. and please mention which inhaler are you taking, if it's oral inhaler, it is to be held between lips and teeth very tight with lips closed, when you press the pump take deep inhalation
