Hello. The blemishes or freckles can be treated by many ways. The sunscreen lotion definitely helps in further worsening of the condition if you are in the tropical zone. But these are best treated by the laser skin rejuvenation which permanently removes such pigmentations. Do consult a skin specialist for the same. You can consult online with me as well.

There are many creams that claim removal of skin tags but their efficacy is unpredictable. It is best that you see a dermatologist who will be able to evaluate and advice based on the type of tags, an appropriate solution for management.
