2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on

Hello, you seem to be having skin tags and Dermatosis papulosis nigricans or DPN. Which are due to aging and skin damage Sometimes metabolic disorders like diabetes also cause it. The treatment is RF cattery, plasma pen or laser. No creams can make it go away. To decrease further new ones from appearing. You need to use Sunscreen. Consult a certified Dermatologist.
