Hello, yes duphaston is safe during pregnancy as it acts as a progesterone support, but at 19 weeks it is not actually required as body itself produced enough progesterone by then.

Just because you are using these tablets can not result in pregnancy. You need to check with tests to find whether you are pregnant or not,
Infect if Duphaston was started in early part of period pregnancy may not happen.
