when you are taking letrozole tablet for egg growth, your follicle growth has to be monitored by ultrasound scan to see if there is response to medicine. You have to start taking dydrogesterone once ovulation has been confirmed by scan. There is a chance of pregnancy with this treatment if all your other reports are normal.

Yes lybrate-user you should try 2-3cycles with clomid if all reports are normal. In order to conceive you should have good quality egg and sperms and good Fallopian tubes and good uterus. Wish you good luck.
