Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Bang addiction comes under SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION. Deaddiction treatment is best suited for such addictions. Medically assisted drug detoxification or alcohol detoxification alone is ineffective as a treatment for addiction. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) recommends detoxification followed by both medication (where applicable) and behavioral therapy, followed by relapse prevention.

Most likely it is due to duvanta (duloxetine) you are taking which is not 1st line of choice for GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Did you discuss these erectil problems with your psychiatrist, I am surprised this medicne was chosen, if you have not, discuss now. There are many medicines which control the anxiety symtpoms very well without your erection being compromised. All the best.

Hi there ~
there are many medications that can help treat depression and this is something that you might need to discuss with your psychiatrist. You are on medications for a very long time and right now it has not been helpful. I hope this helps in the way that you can find options to have your depression treated. Medications including but not limited to escitalopram, vilazodone, sertraline, bupropion, desvenlafaxine, duloxetine, etc may be other options however I strongly advise you to con...more

Dear user, gastric problems can cause poor absorption of necessary vitamins and minerals which in turn can cause neuropathy. Symbal-20 (duloxetine) is used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, I understand that you are going through a depressive mood state. Duloxetine (duvanta) do works to alleviate depression but the dose at which you are taking it is not gonna help. In my opinion you need to increase the dose to 40 mg instantaneously and further increase to 60 mg per day in divided doses after next 3 days. Lets see how it goes and please let me know about progress after 2 weeks.
