Dear lybrate-user,
Duvadilan retard is generally considered safe to use in pregnancy but it is usually not given at this period of gestation as it doesn’t cause much effect of relaxation on such a small uterus.

My impression is that Duvadilan does not help in such conditions. However I strongly beleive that final call must be taken by doctor who has gone into your detailed medical history, who has examined you and has seen all reports.

You have to take painkillers and muscle relaxants, do massage and get rest. and Duvadilan Retard 40 mg Capsule SR is used in peripheral vascular disease and preterm labor.Duvadilan Retard 40 mg Capsule SR is a beta-2 agonist. It works by widening blood vessels which improves blood flow to certain areas of the body (hands, feet, brain). This helps relieve symptoms such as cold hands and feet, numbness and tingling.

Because of your prolonged working and standing your doctor prescribed it to prevent premature labour. I advise you to take rest in between. This tablet leads to headache and decrease in blood pressure. So drink lots of fluids.

Tab duvadilan is a tocolytic agent ,it relaxes the uterus, it's given to patients who are having premature uterine contractions. Duvadilan can be safely taken during pregnancy ,if you're having decreased fetal movements then eat something and lie on your left laterally, count your fetal movements ,if you have 3-4 fetal movements in 30 minutes then it's fine .if you do not feel fetal movement or decreased fetal movements then contact your doctor.

Yes safe but not for long. Best to avoid high end antibiotics during pregnancy at least for first 6 months.
