Hello Lybrate user duphaston 10 mg is synthetic hormone and which contain natural hormone progesterone which help to maintain endometrium thickness. It convert endometrium from proliferative phase to secretory phase. It maintain secreting hormone and other protein needed to maintain pregnancy.
