Hello, yes duphaston is safe during pregnancy as it acts as a progesterone support, but at 19 weeks it is not actually required as body itself produced enough progesterone by then.

Just because you are using these tablets can not result in pregnancy. You need to check with tests to find whether you are pregnant or not,

After stopping the use of duphaston 10 mg twice for five days, when will withdrawal bleeding starts.

Usually, withdrawal bleeding following progesterone starts in 2 to 3 days but may be delayed up to 14 days. If withdrawal bleeding doesn't occur within 14 days of stopping progesterone than it is considered to be a failure.
