Hey lybrate-user,
These Symptoms are generally because of Irritable bowel syndrome. It is a functional disease and you need not worry about this. Add more fibres in your diet and try to stop having tea. Some medications on a regular basis can relieve these symptoms and to rule out any underlying disease you should get an USG whole abdomen.

You will take some time after surgery to have normal function of gut. Don't worry it will settle in next few days. If you are constipated you can take syp duphalac as and when required.
