Dear lybrate-user as I can see your obese and also suffering from dyslipidemia, I would suggest you to do regular exercise along with strict diet control. I would suggest you to take the medication which is being prescribed once you follow all the instruction you may not need it for lifetime.

Hello
No, its not. Leaky penis,” also known as seminal leakage, occurs when excessive amounts of pre-cum exudes involuntary before an ejaculation. While pre-cum is essential in preparing for an ejaculation, it too creates some unwanted side effects, including soft erections, premature ejaculations and urinary problems. Most leaky penis problems develop over years. The problem is often attributed to excessive masturbation, but other known causes have been noted as well.

Yes it can be quitted but journey of recovery is not as short as 1 month. In most case it takes around 4-6 month, in some it might take a year or so, but not with tapentadol alone.

However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, from those it is clear that present treatment is not helping in controlling the blood glucose. There is a need to upgrade it. Plus we will have to give a closer look at the present diet and extent of daily exercise another important aspect is looking at your weight and height, it is clear that with a bmi of 36.66 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter), you are carrying an excess of over 32 kgs, this itself is a major hindrance...more
