As per your description, you might get relief with biologics, however that is a costly treatment. In that case you can go to govt hospitals and ask for help from charitable trusts or pm funds or cm funds. There is one cheap drug available but its toxicity profile is high, so it had to be used very cautiously. I hope you find your way to pain free life.

Consult if possible. Need to go through the report and other basic history and tests that might needed to be done before prescribing any medicine. For the time being, cut down your protein intake. If you have severe pain while walking, take indomethacin tablet sos. This is a pain killer. To start with something specific for uric acid, need to check you further.
