Milk is good source of calcium but ofcourse getting it in pure form Is an issue. You can look for some authentic source locally may be fresh extracted milk if you could find nearby. You can try other forms like paneer, curd eggs etc for calcium.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies -
1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water.
2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day.
3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily -
1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups
4. Suryanamaskar.

Depends on what surgery you had previously. Duct ectasia is a dilatation if the duct, usually leading to greenish coloured discharge, for which we recommend observation. 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
