Gargling is good. Water should be warm and add turmeric also. Take Tribhuwan kirti rasa and Laxmivilas rasa. Suck marichyadi vati. Instil Anu tel in both nostrils. Do for a week. Consult if necessary.

There is a possibility of cold, blockage of nostrils resulting in mouth breathing. Take plenty of water, gargling only at night. See a physician once to find out about allergy or tonsils etc. A course of antiallergic medication, a course of mild antibiotic and supportive b complex should be helpful. Symptoms are not suggestive of corona. There should be headache, bodyache, fever, dry cough, and loose motions.
