Taking proper counselling sessions can certainly help in this regard and will work on the root causes to eradicate these issues in the long run.

Hello
you shouldn’t be starting all medications at once.
They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together.
Please consult a psychiatrist and let them decide what to do about the medication hope this helps.

Dear Lucky,
Your doctor himself would have changed the, over last 6 months, to find the medicine that works better. Please allow him to change or alter the doses. It depends on the symptom severity and its interference in your life. It also depends on the side effect of the tablets and duration of the latest dose.

Dear , you should make a note of what food or activity causes acidity. Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter. Similarly avoid meat or non vegetarian foods. Take souf (fennel seeds) after food or put seeds in one cup of water with one tea spoon of sugar and mildly heat. When cooled, filter the seeds and drink the water. This would soothe the acidity and reduce necessity of drugs. While sleeping put double pillows under your head. Take curds with food. Drink plenty of water. Some ayurvedic...more
