When did you meet your doctor last? After taking these medicines did you consult her/him? These tablets take 2-3 weeks to start their action. If you follow up with the doctor, she/he will adjust the dose or add therapy.

80 years old man with memory problems, need to be assessed for dementia. Probably he has been diagnosed already. You can give donep m not to further deteriorate his memory.
