Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes:

Of course mam, doing your periodical cycles try taking hot water, fenugreek, and if possible also eat 2to3 neem leaves in empty stomach. Take some proper good rest. Eat well. Try avoid taking outside food and oily foods. Take boiled food items. Follow this. And don't forget to do exercise regularly .

The dizziness is unlikely because of Dolocide- it may be because of the headache you had. Don't worry- it will subside. Have plenty of water- take rest. If still persists, see a doctor.

Your platelet count is below normal range. Keep a check on it by repeating the blood test on alternate days. If it goes below 20,000, you need hospitalization as you need to be given platelets. Otherwise, take complete bed rest and rehydrate your body with plenty of fluids. Eat 1-2 Kiwi fruits per day which helps to increase the platelets count.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and continue with moxikindcv and Get your blood checked for CBC Mp widal UrineR and follow up with reports.
