I think this is the problem of using artificial walkers to make the child to attain milestones early. Normally child should walk at 13 months. I think child is overstraining the muscles. You can give some calcium preparation. The dose of paracetamol is max 15 mg per kg body weight .The dose is slightly more to his age.

You have viral fever where normally medicine does not act positively on virus. You can take paracetamol or calpol as and when required do regular warm saline gargle. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.

It is not clear whether temp remained 99 to 100 or it has come to normal and for how long it remained normal. Watch now how long hours/ days temp remains normal. There are many resons for fever which is beyond the scope over here to mention.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

The exact cause of one day old fever is very difficult to find. Respiratory tract infection especially upper may be possible cause. WIDAL takes 1 week to be positive. Continue Cefixime and Paracetamol. Consult doctor if no relief after 4-5 days.
