Hello, Calcium is abundantly available in natural food sources. The more naturally existing foods you take the better. Calcium supplements are firstly not fully absorbed by the body and in long run usage it has the tendency to give kidney stones. Dark green vegetables, low fat dairy, moringa, nuts, finger millet are some excellent sources of calcium and magnesium (which is very important for calcium absorption). Simultaneously, take care of your vitamin D as well.
