By example I put it like - neurology is a hardware and psychiatry is software.

Please follow at least one doctor's advice before you go out of control.
Did you have previous episodes of mania or depression? Any of your family members had any mental illness or suicide? Are you able to sleep and talk what is necessary? If so, take dicorate and qutipin. If you have high risk behaviour like hypersexuality, overtalking, overspending and do not want to sleep, start with risdone and pacitane and after some control go for dicorate. Dear user when we are aware about our problem we are able to control but we have to control it in a proper way. You are too young and taking these tablets, itâs not good for your physical as well as your mental health. If you donât want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health or anger issues. Hello. It would be helpful if you could specify since how long you have been taking these medicines and also since how long have you used alcohol. Erection problems could be psychogenic, or it could be the side effect of a medicine or long term use of alcohol. If it is causing hindrance in your sexual life, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist.

Bipolar disorder is difficult to treat and requires skill. Treatment depends on the current phase (depression/mania/mixed). Improvement takes time as there are chances of the patient going into the opposite phase that he is in. Discuss the medication, maximum doses, alternative medication and their risks with your treating psychiatrist in a separate session.
