I suggest you meet with a counselor and deal with some stress-related issues. I feel these are the causes of excess urination. If you are frightened chronically, you will tend to have excess discharge. Anyway, you should always work in tandem with a therapist along with medication to develop skills and techniques to favour a good life. That I suspect is missing in yoru recovery program and could have prevent the stress-induced urination.

Dear lybrate-user
Your dosage is already very low but I have seen with experience that some folks can relapse on no medication at all.
Please don't stop medication on your own. Consult a psychiatrist and keep one family member in the loop so that your treating doctor will have a 360 degree view of the case.
It would have been better if you had mentioned some more clinical details.
Regards Dr. Atul.

How long are you taking the maintenance dose?
How long back was your last relapse? How long have you been symptom free?
Many factors are to be considered if you are thinking of stopping medications. Besides you need to know what triggers these episodes in you. As u mentioned the first episode being at the time of your grandmothers death. It was a stressful event. Similarly if there occur any such stressors in future then you may have a relapse again if you cannot cope with that stress. ...more

1.use deep breathing
deep breathing is another effective way to relieve stress and anxiety. It helps you with physical symptoms such as shallow breathing and rapid heart rate, and it also helps with controlling your thoughts. When you practice deep breathing, you're forced to take your thoughts off of whatever is causing you anxiety and to focus on the breathing technique that you are using.
