Dear Ms. lybrate-user,
You are right in pointing out that we should avoid cooking food altogether and wrapping hot, spicy or acidic food in aluminium foil as far as possible due to its leaching effect. Cold food however can be packed for short duration. You get 'Food Wrapping Paper Rolls' these days to wrap and heat food which are good. Also you could use stainless steel tiffins / containers or tiffin boxed with glass lining to pack food for your child.

1.Anxiety, nervousness
2 Obesity, Diabetes, Thyroid problem, Tuberculosis
3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs
4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases
5.Avoid anxiety and nervousness
6.Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.
7.Consult skin specialist for advice
