From your symptoms it seems that you had constipation / or straining in stools, which resulted in a small bleed in the skin region of anal opening (called thrombosed piles). Continue your medication for the period as advised (1- 2 weeks usually).
Also take SITZ bath (that is sit in a tub of warm water) twice daily for 10 min each for about 2 -3 weeks
Avoid constipation in future - you can take laxatives (ISabgol preferable for long periods) regularly for a period of 1 to 1.5 months.

It is believed daflon is a venotonic (it increases venous tone) and a vasculoprotective (it increases resistance in small blood vessels). It is used experimentally for treating Chronic venous insufficiency and for treating Hemorrhoidal diseases. Daflon 1000 mg Tablet is a flavonoid. It works by blocking the action of chemical messengers (prostaglandins, thromboxane A2) which cause inflammation (swelling) of the veins. This improves blood flow in the veins and restores normal vein function.
