I got operated for G-III haemorrhoids on 27-03-17. They gave antibiotics, vitamin tablets etc. To use and advised sits bath. After the course got over I continued sits bath at least thrice a day. I continued the medicines everyday even though I intake liquid items like fresh juices, tender coconut, mixed curd rice without any spicy foods till 14-05-2017. On 19-05-2017 I am supposed travelled after so long time and distance for the first time after surgery by bus, when I am supposed to stand and sit 4 hrs (go) and 5 hrs (return) respectively. On 20-05-17, when I went to bathroom, I saw complete raw blood in it. Again I took sits bath after tat. It repeated like this only once on the same day evening with raw blood in the stool. Then I went to nearby govt. Hospital and got the same tablets given after my surgery and continued it till june 2017 end. From july I also stopped having sits bath. In july middle I found that I am starting to get maroon coloured stool with some foul smell. It continued for 15 days. Then I went online and came to know its may be because of internal bleeding. Also I am feeling burning stomach with spicy foods. So I started using DIMOL-40 mg for acidity and burning thrice a day after food as a local doctor referred. The thing is once I started using the dimol tab the stool started to become usual. And not even once I noticed the colour change after medication. Please tell what is the issue for me? Why I got raw blood bleeding exactly after 2 months of operation even I continued my medicine course recommended thrice a day with sits bath (only for a day)? Also why I got change in stool colour before using this (dimol 40 mg) medicine everyday? What is the problem with my health? What these symptoms indicate? Anything to get panic? Please kindly help it out.

The maroon stools are because of intestinal bleeding intestinal bleeding occurs commonly due to pain killers that may have been given to you for piles. This may have caused macroscopic ulceration and leaking of blood.
U started antacid dimol 40 mg which heals ulcer and bleeding stopped and colour became normal.
It is however advisable not to take it for granted - get CBC test iron level vitamin B12, PT/INR to rule out any other cause like low platelets and blood lacking clotting factors....more

I was on thyronorm from 2011. But during 2014 I lost my health badly. Thats why I visited cmc vellore in november. There I consulted hod of endocrinology who after thorough investigation advised me to stop thyronorm. I also consulted gastro and finding was gastritis mild. I was also found to be calcium, vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 deficient. For these problems I was prescribed neurobion forte, sandocal, calcirol granule, dimol 40, atenolol 50 (i am taking atenolol from last 10 years). I was really very very fine in all respects in last 7 months. I recovered my lost health also. I checked up my thyroid blood in the last part of march which showed tsh as 12.26 and ft4 as 0.84. Again on 1st june I tested blood which showed ft4 as 0.80 and tsh as 17.40 and again on 18/6/15 blood report showed ft4 as 0.84 and tsh as 24+. Then on advice from my physician I am on eltroxin 50 mcg. But for last few days I have been facing various troubles such as gaseous abdomen, burping with sounds, pain in cervical region and backside of head, too much drowsiness and frequent instability with mental agony. Are these happening due to thyroxin or wrong dose of thyroxin or for from abdominal disturbance? please note that I am having cervical spondyltsis and hypertension from last 10 years. As per doctor's advice I have taken a refiximin for 2 weeks in last part of november 2014. Regards.

Lemon juice for a clearer, blackhead-free complexion:
First, wash your face with your favorite gentle, natural cleanser.
Squeeze about one teaspoon of juice from an organic lemon into a glass or ceramic bowl.
Dip a cotton ball into the lemon juice and dab it onto any blackheads that you have
To stop an oily face, wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser, which will keep your face clean without causing excess oil. After you wash your face, apply an oil-free moisturizer th...more

Hello-
if you're going to have anal sex, then you need to use lube specifically designed for anal sex. That's because the anus, unlike the vagina, doesn't produce natural lubricants during intercourse. Typically for anal sex involving a penis (as opposed to, say, pegging), you want to use thicker lube that doesn't require constant reapplication.
Silicone lube is one of the best lubes for anal because it contains dimethicone, dimethiconol, and cyclomethicone. This creates a consistency th...more

Myth: oily skin doesn't need to be moisturized!
Fact: blemish-prone skin needs hydration
Infact, drying out oily skin sends signal to ypur body to produce even more oil; a nightmare for those already suffering from acne and oily skin.
Remember, cleansing, toning and moisturizing are the three essentials needed to keep any type of skin.
Tip: look for non-oily moisturizer with ingredients like lecithin, propylene glycol and dimethicone.
