Use this medication as directed by your doctor or at bedtime or after meals orally. The drug may decrease the effectiveness of thyroid medication. So take the medication around 4 hours before or after this medication.

This medication is a silicone oil that is used as a surfactant, carminative and antifoaming agent and has viscoelastic characteristics.
