drink plently of fluids
avoid redmeat
consume green leafy veggies

You should take some stool softening medicine like Haritaki Churna/ Sushruta Churna in night with warm water so that bowel movement is comfortable. Take SItz bath (Hot water tub bath) after bowel movement and repeat for 2-3 times a day followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan powder in anal canal.
