Hi,
Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity.
Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence:

- Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations,
- Eat in small quantities frequently.
- Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food
- Drink plenty of water in between your intake.

Hi, Taking nsaid (voveran) for long time for chronic pain has a high risk to your kidney. Chronic pain of lower limbs could be a presentation of painful diabetic neuropathy. My suggestion to you is consult a diabetolgist or neurologist around you as they will better rule it out. Also get good glycemic control (if deranged. Good luck.
