Hi.
Yes dilzem is safe for females and does not affect her child bearing capacity. However once pregnancy is established it should be changed to some other drug as it is a category c drug for pregnancy.

I will suggest you to first increase your hemoglobin levels and than again recheck your lipid profile after two months and I will suggest you to take tablet orofer-xt twice a day after food for a month and follow up with finding.
