Hello there,
for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it.
Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

Dil ghabrane ka sambandh aapke bukhar se shayad naheen ho balki aapke man men baitha hua koi darr hai jo apko gym men liye gaye supplement se judaa hai. Supplements am taur par lene ka koi karan naheen hota. Sirf doctor ke prescription par hee lene chaahiye. Gym instructors par jyada bharosa naa karen, wo nutrition specialist naheen hote aur unscientific steroids lene ki sifaarish kar sakte hain. Waise aapko darne ki koi jarurat naheen hai. Koi specific complaint ho to fir consult karen.

Its not helpfull Take bilvadi tai fill it in your affected ear for 10-15 min after that throughout oil bt don't wash and don't be use water. After 1-2 hour clean your ear by bud /cotton use it up to 4-5 days
Note - during use this oil you fill dumbness due to heaviness of oil so do not stop this.
