Hello Lybrate user .ther many reasons for the pain your having ths could be because of disc compressing exiting, or may SI joint dysfunction, piriformis syndrome or any hip joint pathology .I would suggest you to hot fermentation locally n seek a consultation with orthopedic or physiotherapist near by you.

Pregnancy gives back problems diclofenac gel is okay. Give high calcium, protein diet. Back strengthening exercises under a trained physiotherapist if your gynecologist too guides and recommend s, just back muscles stretches, no bending or lifting weights. Use firm mattress in bed.
