Reclide is oral hypoglycemic aren't comes under sulphonylurea group which are basically insulin secretogauge. It causes hypoglycemia. As it is prescribed by your physician, then it must be based on Blood reports and clinical examination. You should not worry about it. Regards.

Usually in diabetes a dictum is followed that is" No fasting and No Feasting" Because both are not helpful in maintaining proper glucose levels.
However, if you are fasting and that means there absolutely no food intake, then it is better to avoid the dugs on that day. If you are eating some other alternate foods, then there is need to take the drugs. Thanks.
