Proper stress/depression management is required in order to get your life back to the track. You should always focus at improving your relationships, at it is the surest way of leading a content and fulfilled life. Ego, anger, anxiety, domination, and stubbornness can cause turmoil in relationships. It can also cause depression which is one of the major reason for upset sexual life and hence problems in relationship.

1. Keep yourself hydrated.
2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits.
6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Mr. Lybrate-user, bells palsy is usually a self limiting condition, if no specific cause can be attributed. There are few medications which can hasten the recovery. You also need to go for rehabilitation procedures like galvanic stimulation and facial exercises. The most important thing for you now is to protect your unclosable eye from exposure and dryness, to prevent loss of vision.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build chest muscles you have to have a well balanced diet & do regular exercise
- have more of fruits & vegetables, wholegrains & protein rich foods like eggs, non veg (if you take), milk & milk products like cheese, paneer, butter milk, yogurt, soya products, tofu, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, also peas, sprouts & nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, do pull ups, pushups, sit u...more

Do u have hearing problem also with this sound (tinnitus)? U should get an audiometry done. This may be due to age related degenerative process. Tab. Bilovas 3 times a day for 1 month will help u.

Presently investigations suggested:
hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d
xray of the affected part.
Anyway you may try
sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful
use no pillow under the head
do hot fomentation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to b...more
