It is widely believed that if one drinks milk after eating fish (or other way around), you get skin disease. However this is not true. The skin disease (in which people's skin become white overtime) is a tropical skin disease and has nothing to do with simultaneous consumption of fish and milk.

Don't worry, excessive sadness, stress and anxiety will further reduce the milk you produce. U should stay happy and clam yourself down and maybe drink more fluids, and maintain a healthy diet for yourself, this will help you produce more milk.

Relieve the pain and swelling with ice packs or cold compresses. You can also use over the counter pain relief medications such as ibuprofen and paracetamol as these are safe in breastfeeding.

My strong advice is not to give formula and only breast feed till 4 months. If you must give formula , do not give in bottle with nipple and only feed from a cup with spoon or baby sipper. You can take one level spoon for 30 Ml of boiled and cooled water and there will be instructions on the bottle for each brand of formula
